The Chinese smartphone maker, ZTE has launched many smartphones in its Blade series in the last few weeks in various international markets. The company has recently launched a low-end smartphone in Thailand called as ZTE Blade D2 priced at $121. Today, the brand has officially released a selfie-centric smartphone in its Blade series named as ZTE Blade A813 in Russia. The smartphone is priced at $128 and is available for purchase online exclusively via JD.ru. The device comes with decent specifications and will be targeted towards the youth.
Talking about the specifications, the ZTE Blade A813 comes with 5.5-inch (1280×720 pixels) HD IPS display with offering 267ppi as pixel density and 2.5D arc glass laid on top. Under the hood, the smartphone packs 64-bit Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz clubbed with Adreno 306 GPU and 2GB of RAM for lag-free and smooth performance. The device supports dual sim dual standby and has standard connectivity options like 4G-LTE, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, GPS/A-GPS and microUSB 2.0 port.
It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box, and there is no information about the Android Marshmallow update. On the photographic section, the smartphone sports a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and an 8MP front-facing camera with 85-degree wide angle lens. The smartphone is also accompanied with LED flash for amazing captures even in low-light conditions and is sure to attract selfie lovers.
The smartphone comes with 16GB of onboard storage that can be further expanded using a microSD card slot. The handset powers a 3000mAh battery that the company claims can easily last for an entire day of mixed usage. The device sports rich looks with a metallic frame on its sides and textured back panel offering better grip for easy handling.
