Earlier:
Earlier the Indian e-retailer Flipkart has partnered with Motorola to bring the Moto G into the Country now, and all of a sudden, it has planned to bring the Moto X and also posted a teaser of the Smartphone on its social media channels. Similar to what the company has done with the Moto G, the company has stated that it will be introducing launch day offers for the Moto X buyers. Moreover Flipkart has also revealed that two wooden back customization for the device will also be available.
We cannot assure you that Moto Maker will be available but two of these wooden backs are available alongside the plastic variant. This will definitely be exciting news for all the Moto X lovers as it is to me! The company also said that the Moto X in India will be coming in five different color options alongside the two wood back, namely the teak and walnut.
Just in case if you have forgot, let me remind you that Moto X is a 4.7 inch 720p HD display that released last year in the month of August. The device will be powered by a 1.7 GHz dual core Qualcomm MSM8960Pro Snapdragon processor coupled with 2GB of RAM. It also has a 10 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2 megapixel front-facing camera. The onboard memory of the device is at 16 Gb and will be coming out of the box with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS but the KitKat update is available.
Earlier the Moto X was launches in US for $579 and later was reduced for $399, so we can expect a similar kind for pricing in India for around Rs. 25,000. The Moto G made a big buzz in the Indian market earlier and I guess it’s time for Moto X to do it. Since the Moto X will be coming with launch offers, pre booking will be provided. Stay tuned for more information and updates. Since Google sold Motorola to Lenovo for $2.91 billion in January, after acquiring it for less than 3 years we cannot expect Moto Maker to come along with Moto X.
