It was first Logitech which worked with Google to bring in the Google TV Revue Companion box to turn an idiot box into a smart TV. After so many months, its more number of these Google TV boxes returned to Logitech than it actually sold these Smart TV Companion boxes and also with lot of disadvantages, Logitech had then decided to drop down the cost of the box from a whopping $ 299 to the$ 99 mark but still the vows continued. And now Google will soon come out with the Google TV 2.0verison which will even have the power and access to the Android Market Place which was something missing in the first generation Google TV boxes.
