HP had earlier announced this along with three other Android tablet devices, but now they have officially launched the HP Slate10 HD with the 10-inch capacitive touchscreen and some mid-range specifications. Priced at $299.99, the Slate10 HD 3500US is quite sleek and worth the price but we won’t say it doesn’t have any competitors in this range. Running the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS, the HP Slate10 HD has got a wide angle viewing display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels.

The processor that powers this tablet device is the Marvell SoC PXA986 Dual-Core processor clocking at 1.2 GHz, and there is a support by 1GB DDR3 RAM. The highlights of this tablet device include:

The internal storage in the HP Slate10 HD is 16GB and there is a MicroSD card slot for the storage expansion to a maximum of 32GB. The battery included has a capacity of 7000 mAh, which is quite good and can provide long hours of usage on a single charge, and the company claims that to be around 10 hours.
