Lenovo has recently launched a high-end tablet called as Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Pro in India priced at Rs. 39,990. The tablet features an inbuilt projector and also sports premium specifications. Today, a new entry-level tablet from the company with model number Lenovo TB3-710I has passed through TENAA certification revealing most of the specifications and design of the device. The tablet is supposed to be called as Lenovo Tab 3 and will be targeted towards the budget users and comes with basic specifications.
As per the TENAA listing, the Lenovo Tab 3 will feature a 7-inch (1024×600 pixels) TFT display and is expected to come equipped with MediaTek quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz. The tablet features a sim card slot and comes with connectivity options like 2G/3G HSPA+, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS/A-GPS and microUSB 2.0 port. It will come with 1GB of RAM, 8GB of onboard storage and also includes a microSD card slot for further expansion upto 64GB. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and will come in Black with Blue and Black with Yellow color options.
On the camera front, the device will sport a 2MP rear camera without any LED flash support and a 0.3MP VGA front-facing camera for video calling. The tablet will come backed by a decent 3450mAh battery that can offer decent battery life considering the low-end specifications. The dimensions of the device measure 190 x 113 x 9.9 mm and is quite heavy weighing around 300 grams. Although the company officially confirms nothing, as TENAA certifies it, we can expect the device to launch soon in coming days.
