Lenovo has launched many devices in the last couple of months and also been successful as far as the sales are concerned because of the aggressive pricing strategy. Today, the brand has launched yet another premium device called as Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Pro tablet in India. The tablet was first unveiled in September at the IFA 2015 event held in Berlin. The Yoga Tab 3 Pro is the successor of Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 that launched in October last year at Rs. 16,499 in India. Along with the Yoga Tab 3 Pro, the company, has also launched a high-end laptop called as Yoga 900 in India and is priced at Rs. 1,22,090.
Coming to the specifications part, the Yoga Tab 3 Pro features a 10.2-inch (2560×1440 pixels) QHD IPS display with 299ppi as pixel density and Smart Display technology. Under the hood, it comes equipped with Intel Atom x5-Z8500 quad-core processor clocked at 2.24GHz paired with Intel Gen7 Graphics and 2GB of RAM. It features voice calling with the provided single sim support and comes with connectivity options like 4G-LTE, Wi-fi, GPS/A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, microUSB 2.0 port with OTG functionality.
On the camera front, the device sports a 13MP autofocus rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front-facing camera for video calling and selfie lovers. It comes with 16GB of built-in storage and also includes a microSD card slot for further expansion upto 128GB. The main USP of the device is it comes with an integrated projector that can be rotated upto 180-degrees and can also project video upto 70-inches. The tablet also features four front-facing JBL speakers with Dolby Audio and Wolfson Master Hi-Fi technology that offers enhanced sound experience.
The Yoga Tab 3 Pro feels rich in hand with aluminum body and leather back for better grip to hold the device. The tablet powers a massive 10,200mAh battery that the company claims has the energy to last upto 18 hours of mixed usage. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop based Vibe UI out of the box. The dimensions of the device measure 247 x 179 x 4.68 mm and weighs around 665 grams. The Yoga Tab 3 Pro is priced at Rs. 39,990 and will available for purchase via Flipkart and all leading offline Lenovo stores across India later this month.
