Micromax Canvas Nitro 3 (E352) with 13MP Camera & 2GB RAM Launched

A couple of months ago, Micromax launched a mid-range 4G enabled smartphone in its successful Canvas Nitro series called as Canvas Nitro 4G priced at Rs. 10,430. Now, the company has launched a new smartphone expanding its Nitro series called as Canvas Nitro 3 (E352), but it comes only with 3G connectivity.

Talking about its specifications, the Canvas Nitro 3 comes with a 5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS display offering a pixel density of 294 ppi with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top of it. Under the hood, it comes powered by MediaTek MT6592M octa-core processor clocked at 1.4GHz coupled with Mali 450 GPU and 2GB RAM. The device comes with 16GB of internal storage and can be further expanded upto 32GB using a microSD card slot.

On the camera cordon, the smartphone sports a 13MP rear camera with OmniVision OV13850 sensor, f/2.2 aperture, Largan 5P lens and LED flash. On the front, it features a 5MP shooter with f/2.2 aperture and is also accompanied by an LED flash for the selfie lovers. It supports dual sim dual standby and includes basic connectivity options like 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, GPS and microUSB port. The only downside is it lacks 4G-LTE connectivity that is available in most devices these days at that price range.

The handset comes backed by a 2500mAh battery that can easily last for an entire day on mixed usage. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box, and its dimensions measure 144 x 72 x 8.7 mm. The smartphone comes with leather-like back cover and is available in Blue color variant. It is currently available for purchase online via eBay.in and is priced at Rs. 8,130.

To recap, Micromax on Wednesday launched a new budget 4G-LTE supported smartphone called as Canvas Xpress 4G. It is available for sale exclusively online via Flipkart and is priced at Rs. 6,599. The Canvas Xpress 4G features a 5-inch HD display, MediaTek MT6735P SoC, 2GB RAM. 16GB storage, 8MP primary camera, 2MP front snapper, 2000mAh battery and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box.
