The tablet includes a 4GB of RAM and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box. It also features an Intel XMM 726x LTE modem along with the processor mentioned above. So it will be an advantage for on-the-go connectivity via 4G LTE.

Last year Samsung launched their premium range of tablets Galaxy Tab S 10.5 and Galaxy Tab S 8.4. The Wi-Fi version is powered by Exynos 5 octa-core chipsets, where the 4G LTE version runs on Snapdragon 801 chipset. Both the tablets came with 3GB of RAM and 16GB/32GB of internal storage along with a microSD card slot. The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a 7900mAh battery, and the Tab S 8.4 comes with 4900mAh battery. The Wi-Fi Version of the Tab S 8.4 is priced at $400, and the Tab S 10.5 is available for $500.

The Geekbench scores for the upcoming tablet are 1005 for single-core and 3426 for multi-core. There is no information about the screen size, internal memory, camera or battery. Since there are rumours about the Tab S2 will be announced in the coming days, this tablet might be the successor for the Tab S range of tablets. We will update the post once there is any information about the tablet.
