Steps to update Samsung Galaxy I5510 to XWKD4 Froyo 2.2 version:
- Initially, download Galaxy I5510 European XWKD4 package file to your PC desktop. After downloading the package, extract the files at the same location on desktop. In the process of extracting, you need to enter the password, so enter ‘androidadvices.com’ as a password, and extract all the files.
- After extracting the files, once check all the files to know whether they are properly extracted or not, using the image above. If any file is missing, download the zip file again. Now, open the Odin tool from the extracted files and keep it ready for usage.
- Now, turn OFF your mobile and turn it ON again to enter into the downloading mode. To enter into the downloading mode, press Q + Power button simultaneously.
- After your phone is downloading mode, connect your phone to PC using USB cable. Once you connect the phone to PC, the COM Port mapping block will be turned yellow indicating that all the necessary drivers have been installed successfully.
