- Additionally, ensure that you move all other data which is there in the phone is moved to the internal / external SD card as all data which is there in the SD card will be intact. So, ensure that other data like Music, Images and Videos are there in your SD card to avoid from getting erased.
- Ensure that the phone is completely charged before you proceed to apply this update on your phone. Semi charged or partly charged phone may attract issues like improper battery charging after the application of this update. At least it should be a minimum of 90%+ charge. Just in case if you are not flashing the firmware with the maximum battery then you will have to Calibrate the battery which again is a tedious task.

If you are on the Extra Ordinary ROM then you will have to first up get into the recovery mode and then you will have to clear the cache, wipe the data and also you need to go to the advanced options so as to clear the Dalvik Cache too. Once you do so you will see that many of the options like Clock Work Mod and other tools will be wiped off from your phone.
