  • Samsung this week announced new Galaxy Tab S2, and it comes in two variants with screen sizes 8-inches and 9.7-inches. At 5.6mm, these are the slimmest tablets ever manufactured by Samsung. They have the displays with screen resolutions of 2048×1536 pixels and are powered by Exynos 5433 processor along with 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM. There is an 8MP rear camera and a 2.1MP front camera for selfies and attending video calls. The availability and the pricing are not known officially.

  • This week Huawei came up with a low-cost 4G LTE smartphone ‘Honor 4A’. Along with the 4G LTE variant, the company also launched the much cheaper 3G variant. Coming to the specs, it sports a 5-inch HD display with a pixel density of 294ppi and comes powered by Snapdragon 210 processor clocked at 1.1GHz and 2GB of RAM. The battery of 2,200mAh capacity is what keeps the device powered on. The sale of this smartphones starts on July 28 in China, and the company didn’t mention about the launch of this device in other countries.

  • Vivo launched the X5Pro in India for Rs.27,980, where in China the device was launched few months ago. It comes with an 8MP front scanner, but it misses the unlock feature by using the eye scanning. There is 5.2-inch Full HD display with 2.5D glass on top of it. Along with X5Pro, the company also launched Vivo V1 and Vivo V1 Max at Rs.17,980 and Rs. 21,980 respectively.

  • ZTE after launching Axon branded smartphone in The US, this week the company launched the Axon along with Axon Mini, Axon Lux, Axon Watch and SPro2 smart projector in China. The Chinese version of Axon smartphone comes with fingerprint scanner integrated with it.
    The Axon Mini is the device that will be world’s first smartphone to feature Force Touch display. Apple’s upcoming iPhone 6s also rumored to sport this kind of display. Except the display, the company didn’t mentioned any details about the Axon Mini.

  • As rumors suggest, next week we are going to see the possible launch Moto G (2015) at the event held by Motorola. And as usually we got a lot of leaks about this device specification, images and also the launch teasers. According to the latest leak this devices comes in two variants one with 8GB of internal storage and 1GB of RAM and the other with 16GB of internal storage and 2GB of RAM. Stay tuned to get the official details about the device once it’s launched.

  • Asus got the required attention from the tech world with the launch of first ever 4GB RAM smartphone Zenfone 2. This week the company unveiled Zenfone 2E priced at $120. At this price, the smartphone comes with 5-inch HD display, Intel Atom Z2560 dual core processor along with 1GB of RAM. It has an 8MP rear camera, 2MP front camera and a battery of 2,500mAH capacity. The device runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop based ZenUI.

  • Samsung to launch next Tizen powered smartphone at the Tizen Developer Summit to held on July 30 & 31 in Bengaluru, India. Comparing the specifications between Z3 and Z1, there will be much-improved specifications and features on the upcoming device. It is rumored to sport 5-inch HD display and powered by Spreadtrum SC7730S quad-core processor with 1.5GB of RAM. On camera part, there will be an 8Mp rear camera and 5Mp front camera. There is a battery of 2600mAH capacity and supports dual SIM dual standby.

  • Lava sent out the invites for an event held on July 27. According to the words on the invite saying “Witness the Power of the one that will never grow old, will respect your privacy, will keep you powered longer and will help you create memories”, we expect it to be an Android One smartphone. As we earlier reported the Lava to launch an Android One smartphone on 14th of this month, but it is postponed to July 27.

  • Samsung this week announced its second tablet, unlike Galaxy Tab S2, this was launched without much fanfare in France. The Galaxy Tab A Plus comes with S-Pen equipped into it. The tablet sports a 9.7-inch LDC display and comes powered by 1.2GHz quad-core processor with 2GB RAM. It has a 5MP rear camera, 2MP front camera, and a huge 6,000mAh battery. As of now, it was available in France for $370, and there is no word on international availability.
